Hello all! My name is Katelyn, and I have been a hair stylist since 2013. I’m so excited to share this journey of creating a relaxing space to continue perfecting my craft. Through the years, I have mastered many color techniques with foiling being my absolute favorite service along with balayage, color melts, all over color, and more. I am always continuing my education to learn the newest trends and love to keep a modern approach to my techniques. CANCELLATION POLICY
I understand that things come up, but if you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request that you give me at least 24 hours of notice. Failure to do so will require a cancelation fee, being 50% of the services booked. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the services that were booked. If you are running late, please let me know by texting the business number. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you might have to reschedule and may be required to pay a cancelation fee. If you decide you do not want to receive all the services you have booked, please let me know 48 hours ahead so I can fill that spot with clients who are waiting to get in. Failure to do so will result in being charged with a percentage of the original service. I kindly appreciate your understanding
