Hi, I’m Katelyn! 🤍 I’ve been behind the chair since 2013, and I specialize in customized color with a love for highlights, dimensional blondes, color melts, gray coverage, and the occasional fashion shade. I’m also Keratherapy certified and offer smoothing treatments for clients looking for softer, smoother, more manageable hair. My private home salon is located in Lewes, Delaware, just off Route 24. I created this space to offer something a little different from the traditional salon experience — quiet, comfortable, laid-back, and personal. I love getting to know my clients and creating hair that not only looks beautiful when you leave, but works for your lifestyle between appointments. And if you love dogs, you’ll fit right in — my two little salon assistants are usually nearby and always happy to say hello. 🐾 When I’m not behind the chair, I’m happiest hanging out with my husband and our pets, spending a day at the beach, playing golf, or planning our next trip to Puerto Rico for a little surfing and sunshine. I’m a beach girl at heart and love anything that gets me outside and near the water. Also.. don't get me started on reading! That's my favorite. I understand that things come up, but if you need to cancel your appointment, I kindly request that you give me at least 24 hours of notice. Failure to do so will require a cancelation fee, being 50% of the services booked. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged 100% of the services that were booked. If you are running late, please let me know by texting the business number. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, you might have to reschedule and will be required to pay a cancelation fee. If you decide you do not want to receive all the services you have booked, please let me know 48 hours ahead so I can fill that spot with clients who are waiting to get in.
